Yawnns !
was too sleepy after back frmm school.
dunn knoe what to do, cos it juss 12nn.
damnn early.
while watchinn e TV show, i cannt take it anymore.
wennt to take a afternoon nap.
many friennds ard me, like to take afternooon nap.
initially i dont like to take nap.
cos i think that sleepinn in e noon is a waste of time.
i would rathher do some online shoppinng,
or jus disturb my bros while they playinng games.
annd everytimmme i definitely get scolded !

Experts say napping might help people to relax,
reducinng their stress level.
The researchers found those who took naps
of any frequency and duration had a 34% lower risk
of dying from heart disease than those who did not take midday naps.

So, it better to get a short nap or rest period of
not more than an hour in the afternooon (:
